Any of the open accounts are subject to credit approval. All orders are subject to AC Pacific's acceptance.

Defective and Returned Merchandise
If you are an end user who has purchased our furniture through a store, please go to your store for service. AC Pacific is a wholesaler and does not deal with end users directly. There will be a 15% restocking fee upon return of undamaged goods.

Mattress Warranty
This limited warranty covers deterioration of the cell structure within the memory foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indention greater than one and one half inches, not associated with a sag in the foundation or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the memory foam that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. If the covered defect occurs as determined by the manufacturer, at our option, the mattress will be either repaired or replaced, less the shipping and handling charges. Warranty coverage is limited to original purchaser.

It is understood that the limited warranty does not include normal increase in softness of the mattress or a decrease in the slow recovery feature of the foam materials. The cloth cover that is provided with the mattress has no warranty attached to it and it is recommended that it be kept clean by using a mattress pad or cover. If a mattress is inspected and is soiled with body fluids, excess dirt, burn marks, has been abused, damaged, or has evidence of other foreign materials, this will void the warranty. The mattress is designed to work with a firm foundation or platform, and not using one with the mattress may void the warranty. You may be asked to send proof of the quality of the platform or foundation that has been used with the mattress.

The product comes with a 10 year warranty. Claims should be filed within 10 years with the original retailer who will make the first inspection prior to any action taken by the manufacturer. Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option without cost to you, except for incoming and outgoing freight charges, should it be deemed defective due to structural defects during the ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitation contained herein. Warranty claims are valid only with an original receipt.

Stationary Upholstery Warranty
We offer a 1 year limited warranty on upholstery. The warranty applies to furniture utilized under normal household use and conditions by the original purchaser, as well as maintenance care instructions on product.

AC Pacific has the sole right to determine whether a claim is covered by this limited warranty. Claims will be processed for applicable warranty from the original purchaser and with original sales receipt in which the warranty will commence on the date of purchase.

All warranties cover manufacturing defects only. Any abuse or neglect will void this warranty.
