Terms Defective and Returned Merchandise Mattress Warranty It is understood that the limited warranty does not include normal increase in softness of the mattress or a decrease in the slow recovery feature of the foam materials. The cloth cover that is provided with the mattress has no warranty attached to it and it is recommended that it be kept clean by using a mattress pad or cover. If a mattress is inspected and is soiled with body fluids, excess dirt, burn marks, has been abused, damaged, or has evidence of other foreign materials, this will void the warranty. The mattress is designed to work with a firm foundation or platform, and not using one with the mattress may void the warranty. You may be asked to send proof of the quality of the platform or foundation that has been used with the mattress. The product comes with a 10 year warranty. Claims should be filed within 10 years with the original retailer who will make the first inspection prior to any action taken by the manufacturer. Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option without cost to you, except for incoming and outgoing freight charges, should it be deemed defective due to structural defects during the ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitation contained herein. Warranty claims are valid only with an original receipt. Stationary Upholstery Warranty AC Pacific has the sole right to determine whether a claim is covered by this limited warranty. Claims will be processed for applicable warranty from the original purchaser and with original sales receipt in which the warranty will commence on the date of purchase. All warranties cover manufacturing defects only. Any abuse or neglect will void this warranty. |
